Call Ken at 419-903-0535, 10am - 8pm (EST), with your order. If you call and don't reach us, please call again, as that would probably work better than leaving a message. The stock numbers reflect a general description like S for Santa or CG for Christmas Girl , etc., and also the year produced. This year it’s 09(2009), 08 (2008), 07 (2007), 06 (2006) and 00 (before 2006). When you give him the stock number, specify hair color and give the brief description of the ornament. Eye color is as pictured. Ken will get your order from stock while you’re on the phone so that if we are permanently or temporarily out of an item he will be able to tell you that. We will handle orders as we always have: we will wait to receive your check before we ship. Items with 00, 06, 07 and 08 stock numbers are limited in number and will not be remade. I will try to keep up with the 09 ornaments until sometime in December. While we can’t accept email orders we would love to add you to our list so that we can let you know what’s happening at SOS Designs.
